Nature’s Choice Almond Flour

Nature’s Choice Almond Flour is made from finely ground sweet blanched almonds, ideal for gluten-free baking or low carbohydrate diets. It adds moisture and a rich nutty taste to baked goods. Almonds contain HDL (the ‘good’ cholesterol), natural calcium that is more digestible than dairy, fibre, protein and mono-unsaturated fats.
